Description du poste :
Within Delifrance Digital Team in our Headquarters at Ivry ; you will be part of the launch of an e-commerce program. You will be leading and involved in the following missions :
1/ Digital communication : Implement and administrate technical solutions for a 360° communication approach with our customers (Newsletters ; notifications ; SMS ; ...).
i. Working with our commercial and marketing team ; you will define and create scenarios that bring values to our customer.
ii. Working with our IT and digital agencies ; you will build an eco-system of communication based on several sources (ERP - CRM - Websites - ...).
iii. Using methods such as A/B testing ; you will define best practices for our commercial departments and provide results analysis of campaigns
2/ Traffic management : Your goal will be to bring traffic to our websites.
i. Using analytics tools, you will be in charge of the administration and the implementation of the best practices of SEO and SEA. You will work closely with our marketing teams in order to coordinate such actions with our local subsidiaries
ii. Using social networks ; you will be in charge of targeting potential customers and trigger online purchase
iii. In order to increase pertinent traffic ; you will be in charge of creating a community of our customers on social networks
3/ Take part to the e-commerce roadmap : Participate closely to the program being involved in :
i. Testing part of the releases
ii. Functionnal conception when needed

Profil recherché :
- Business school - Specialized in e-marketing
- Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in digital environment and specific interest in e-commerce.
- Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, proactive behavior
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A Google AdWords certification would be appreciated
- Proficiency in English and ideally a second European language (German, Italian, Spanish).
- This position requires regular travel in France and abroad.
