Primary Responsibilities:
• Helping manage CEMS website (cems.org) content via the CMS Drupal,
including basic graphic modifications (correction on the site CSS, and HTML templates).
• Helpdesk : answering to requests for help from cems.org visitors. This sort of requests
start from site access and mail forwarding issues to explanation to be given on site
specific tools (“How should a student update its CV, How could a programme manager
produce a CSV list of students”…). Repeated issues should be detected to be fixed either
with FAQ help guides, or improvement of the user interface.
• Managing the configuration of web applications (SaaS). Helping the Head-Office team in
correctly using those tools. Assisting the team in more advanced operation (mailing with
Mailchimp, uploading of image with flickr...).
• Assisting the Information System manager in the redaction of needs and requirement
analysis documents and more advanced requirement specification for new projects.
• Bug fixing ; either fixing simple ones, of helping users to properly register more complex
ones respecting a clean bug reporting process.
• Some image cleaning (formatting of partner logos).
• Depending on the available time and the qualification of the candidate, Assisting the
Information System manager in the full analysis of the current PHP/MySQL Database/ERP,
in order to properly document the full system.

CEMS, the Global Alliance in Management Education, is an association of top business schools
and universities from around the world which deliver a common Master's degree in
International Management (the CEMS MIM). The CEMS MIM is structured around a dedicated
curriculum and is shared by 27 institutions.
CEMS has developed specific IT systems to help manage its member schools, the curriculum,
students, alumni and corporate partners. As a network, CEMS heavily relies on IT systems,
especially internet-based ones to manage, communicate on and foster its continuing
international development. The tools are used both by a Head Office team of 11 people,
academic managers and users (student, alumni, corporate partners) spread all around the
world.
To support its growth, CEMS is recruiting an WEBMASTER, who should work under the
responsibility of the CEMS Information Systems manager.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Demonstration of at least one experience managing a website,
• either created from scratch using HTML+CSS+PHP+MySQL technologies
• or through the installation and advance configuration of a CMS
(Using the default template of a Blogger account is not enough).
• Experience as member of a multi-person team.
• Able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Working English level, at least in writing.
• Image manipulation with Photoshop.
Preferred experience:
• Configuration of the CMS Drupal
• Activities within an online english based community.
• IT Development based on HTML+CSS+PHP+MySQL
