AREA MARKETING MANAGER
Reports to the Global 360° Marketing Manager
Lead the global marketing strategy roll-out among the priority countries of his/her zone.
Provide strategic direction on marketing funnel and mix.

Strategic Marketing
Provide strategic marketing recommendations to countries : product portfolio (assortments, launches and delistings), marketing investment priorities (per range, per segment, per channel), annual trade plan, merchandising, 360 go-to-market activations, pricing, etc.
Ensure efficient brand equity representation and implementation across countries. Create brand launch tool kits and guidelines.
Contribute to local budget construction and efficient "glocal" marketing adaptations : local amplification of global strategy, contribution to local marketing calendars, or corrective actions based on Global Plan and KPI dashboard monitoring.

Country communication
Liaise between global and local teams and between countries : work closely with markets (regular market visits : 25%), spread best practices, animate community of marketers, collect relevant local feedback and identify needs on products and campaigns, support vertical experts (medical, digital) in the local execution of their global strategy.
Ensure relevance of DAM platform.
Prepare and animate the seminars and key international meetings.

Data Analysis
Monthly European sell-out analysis
Develop country tracking tools : sell-in, sell-out, performance analysis, competitive intelligence etc.

Operational Marketing support
Drive POS Material stock with internal services and countries
Approve local designs
Adapt merchandising local guidelines

Le profil recherché

FORMATION
Master in Marketing/Business School

CONNAISSANCES METIER / TECHNIQUES
Strategic thinking and fast-decision making
Result-oriented and business minded
Good knowledge of Dermo-cosmetics market
Excellent inter-personal skills and strong capacity to convince and negotiate
Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

LANGUES
Bilingual in French
Fluent in English
3rd language is a plus

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of experience (without internships) in an Operational Marketing department (Global or Business Unit)
International experience is a plus

SOFT SKILLS
Very good interpersonal skills and a sense of service
Leadership
BE autonomous, structured, rigorous, organized
Very good communication skills - oral presentation : International seminars / country meetings
BE team spirit oriented with a positive state of mind (solution-oriented, dynamic, optimistic)
