- Creating and conducting training modules and other awareness materials
- Facilitating reflection groups and seminars
- Conducting field visits and diagnostics of organizations' safety culture
- Co-developing strategic visions and supporting Prevention Directors, Management Committees, and managers
- Co-developing orientations to BE taken at the BYCN level

Requirements :
- Expert in organizational and human factors in construction or another field
- Autonomous, possessing analytical, facilitation, and motivational skills
- Ability to simplify sometimes complex concepts
- Strong listening skills, leadership, and influence to engage interlocutors across different levels and help them find the keys, adapted to their context, to elevate their safety culture
- A professional experience of at least 10 years in an equivalent position
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Willingness to travel to BYCN locations in France and abroad
