Our team is made up of 400 people in France, New York, and Singapore, all united by the same ambition : to visibly shake up the global video platform ecosystem.As an Event Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and the US. Working closely with the Brand & Communications team, you will ensure that our presence at industry conferences, client events, and owned event reinforces our positioning and business objectives. You will also collaborate with local stakeholders across regions to optimize execution and maximize impact.
Under the supervision of the Senior Communications Director, you will BE responsible for :
Event Planning & Execution :
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of Dailymotion Advertising's participation in industry events, conferences, and proprietary activations.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate logistics, supplier relationships, and venue arrangements to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Support content creation and design elements related to event promotion (invitations, presentations, booth branding, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to enhance our event presence and maximize visibility.
- Work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to align event strategy with business priorities.
- Manage trade industry association memberships, ensuring our active participation and maximizing networking opportunities.
- Oversee client gifting and branded merchandise (goodies) to elevate brand perception and create meaningful touch points.
Collaboration & Communication :
- Coordinate with local teams in EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and the US, ensuring smooth execution and regional adaptations when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with event organizers, partners, and vendors to optimize brand exposure.
- Contribute to event reporting, analyzing key performance indicators and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Le profil recherché
- 3+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or communications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events across different time zones.
- Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and French is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
- Knowledge of media, advertising and adtech is a plus
