You will work with WW senior leaders and Geo stakeholders across Lenovo to define and execute on our transformative strategic programs consistently and with high quality. Some areas of focus for this role are Organizational design, Roles and Responsibilities, Coverage Models, Process & Tools, Blueprint affordability, bringing efficiency, harmonisation and standardisation across the Sales organisations. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, and brings a combination of sales and non-sales experience (operations, finance or other program / project management skills), in-and-outside Lenovo.
