Activity 1 : Contractual Management and Claim Management
Lead all variations and claimmanagement :
- Pro-actively anticipate andavoid unexpected claimsincluding resolution of
issues/disputes forContract(s);
- Negotiate the variation andthe claims;- update of the Variation andClaims register
- Report to the ClientsVariation & ChangeCommittee,
- Preparation of theamendments in collaborationwith the Client?s legal team
- Contractually analyseLetters and notices from theContractor
- Write Letters and notices tothe Contractors

Participate in contractualexecution management and
administration :
- Perform commercialmanagement of contracts incooperation with PackageManager
- Ensure Array CableContractor(s) acts inaccordance with Contractualterms and conditions.
- Assess impact of technicaldecisions and consequentactions, defining actions
along execution of thePackage works.
- Manage and follow up ofcontractual paymentschedule and applications for
payment with analysis ofcontractual impacts on futurecommitments and associatedrisks
- Manage pricing, commercialand contractualconsequences associated
with other contracts, in closecollaboration with otherContracts Managers
- Ensure both Package teamand the Contractor(s) meetall contractual obligations, inaccordance with contractualterms and conditions.

Manage and follow up ofcontractual payment schedule;
- Interface with the Client financeteam to ensure the timelypayment of the Contractor;
- Interface with the other Client?sContract ManagersInterface with the Risk
Management Teams to managethe Contract?s contingency use
- Participate to follow up meetingswith the Contractors
