- Audits HSE : Mener des audits, repérer les non-conformités et initier des actions correctives.
- Gestion des systèmes HSE : Assurer la mise à jour et l'amélioration continue des systèmes de management HSE.
- Gestion des incidents : Traiter les incidents et accidents, analyser les causes et garantir la clôture des actions correctives/préventives.
- Suivi des dangers : Gérer la base de données des dangers potentiels et des presque incidents.
- Surveillance santé au travail : Effectuer des surveillances nécessaires et mettre en place des actions correctives.
- Maîtrise des risques : Réduire l'exposition aux substances dangereuses et autres risques.
- Communication HSE : Faciliter une communication efficace via les réunions et promouvoir les messages de sécurité.
- Formation HSE : Coordonner et animer des programmes de formation en sécurité, santé et environnement.
- Développement PSM : Contribuer au développement du système de management des procédés (HAZOP).
- Formation : Bac +4/Bac +5 en HSE.
- Langues : Anglais courant.
- Expérience : Expérience en environnement EHS, gestion de projets et formation.
- Compétences : Personne de terrain, bon relationnel et excellente communication.
