ENTER THE GAME As a Senior Event Project Manager, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of internal events for Betclic France.

With solid expertise in event management and a rigorous approach to event production, you will work closely with both external vendors and internal teams to ensure the success of each project.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will BE :
- Design engaging and unifying internal events and seminars for Betclic France, contributing to strengthening company culture and team cohesion.
- Manage and oversee event production : budget management, coordination of vendors and partners, logistical follow-up, and operational supervision.
- Contribute to the Group's event strategy by proposing innovative formats and ensuring alignment with Betclic's brand image.
- Ensure the smooth execution of events on-site by supervising teams and handling unforeseen challenges.
- BE the guarantor of quality and adherence to Betclic's operational excellence standards.
- Evaluate the impact of events by setting performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !

This job is for you if :
- You have at least 7 years of experience in organizing internal and/or external events, with recognized expertise in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- You gained this experience in an event agency and/or ideally in a Tech scale-up, and you are proficient in all stages of event management, from design to execution.
- You are an expert in managing vendors and budgets, with the ability to negotiate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have a keen eye for detail and operational excellence, ensuring flawless and memorable events.
- You are flexible and reactive, able to adapt to tight constraints and deadlines.
- You are passionate about sports and regularly follow sports competitions.
- And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Clémence will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Xavier - Chief HR Officer, your future manager.Then, you will work on a case study to present to Xavier and Julie - Head of HR development.

Finally, Clémence will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
