Oenotourism And Sales Assistant H/F - Maison Saint Aix

Our company is entering a pivotal phase of development, with the launch of new products and expansion into new markets.

As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a Oenotoursim and sales Assistant for a fixed-term contract, to support our team in a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, boutique management, and wine tourism activities.As a Oenotourism and sales assistant you will have the main following responsibilities :

1. Wine Tourism
- Receiving and managing visit requests
- Organizing and conducting tours for individual consumers and, when applicable, trade clients - guided estate tours, tastings, and sales
- Designing tailor-made visits for key trade partners : importers, distributors, agents

2. Saint Aix Boutique
- Managing stock (wine, POS items for sale, and boutique supplies)
- Preparing and shipping customer orders
- Monitoring the cash register and controlling transactions
- Creating summary invoices for accounting purposes (via Cegid software)

3. General Services
- Handling incoming mail (paper and email)
- Managing orders for office supplies
- Assisting with travel arrangements for the MSA teams
- Handling incoming phone calls (in French and English)

Profile Sought
- Education in business, administration, tourism, or related field
- Eduction and or Interest in the wine industry and wine tourism
- Strong customer service mindset, versatile and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Cegid is a plus
- Dutch and German speaker would BE an advantage
