Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?

Within the DTI, the Transformation Lines Automation Engineer's purpose is to assist investment projects for transformation lines on the automation scope, supporting the deployment of Industry 4.0 tools and applications.

As Transformation Lines Automation Engineer your main missions will BE to :

Assist investment projects for transformation lines on the automation scope

Define in collaboration with the project teams the technical specifications and acceptance tests of the installations
Define in collaboration with the suppliers the technical solutions for the automation package (architecture, hardware, software, etc.)
Ensure the drafting, analyze and challenge the supplier's functional analysis throughout the project, from the design phase.
Track and participate in facility acceptance testing
Track ramp-up and snag-list resolution (bugs and deviations from specs)
Formalize project feedback
Assist and train automation batch managers in the management of the project if necessary
Ensure the integration of I4.0 solutions into investment projects
Management of the relationship with automation suppliers and integrators. Development of new suppliers.

Assist the processing lines with automation issues as needed (production / maintenance)

Analysis and resolution of technical problems
Coordination with automation suppliers and integrators

Assist the Ind 4.0 teams in the deployment of new solutions on existing processing lines.

Definition of technical specifications
Monitoring of the implementation and acceptance of the installed systems (applications, connectivity between systems and integration)

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

For this position we are looking for someone with the following profile :

Education and experience

Automation engineering degree with minimum of 10 years experience

Knowledge /Technical competencies

Knowledge of SIEMENS / TIA Portal programming languages

Understanding of network architectures and OT / IT interfaces

Equipment start-up experience

Written and oral English mandatory

Good French levels

Soft Skills and Abilities

Taste for multicultural environments. Good communication with partners (suppliers) and customers (factories)

Great analytical and synthesis skills

Important autonomy and organization

For this position the Job requirements are :

Dimensions :

International responsibilities within the DTI

Interactions mainly with foreign partners (suppliers, customers)

Travels / Mobility :

International travel of up to 3 weeks for start-ups

Travel represents between 20 and 40% of working time. Possibility of 20 to 40% teleworking excluding travel
