We are looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to take full ownership of our global organic growth strategy. This role will BE pivotal in increasing visibility and performance for both Skeepers and Avis Vérifiés across key regions : France, Italy, Spain, and the United States.

Working closely with the Digital Acquisition Manager, Website Manager, and local Field Marketing teams, you'll define and execute a high-impact SEO roadmap focused on driving sustainable traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership :
Define and lead a global SEO strategy across multiple domains and geographies.
Align organic efforts with the broader digital acquisition and brand goals.
- Content & On/Off-Page SEO :
Drive content optimization and link-building initiatives.
Develop and deploy scalable strategies to enhance rankings and visibility.
- Technical SEO & Site Architecture :
Collaborate with the Website Manager to improve crawlability, indexability, loading speed, and structured data implementation.
- Audits & Performance Tracking :
Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, competitive benchmarks, and performance monitoring.
Monitor KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with Product teams (notably on Avis Vérifiés) to ensure SEO is integrated throughout product development cycles.
Work with Field Marketing Managers to develop localized and market-specific SEO initiatives.
Ensure strong synergy between Paid and Organic strategies with the Digital Acquisition Manager.
- Emerging Search Trends :
Optimize long-tail keyword strategies to capture new AI-driven search behaviors.
Support the social and video content strategy (LinkedIn, YouTube...) with SEO-aligned planning.

Le profil recherché

Requirements

Experience :
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally from an agency background or fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Expertise :
Strong technical SEO knowledge and content strategy skills.
Familiar with key SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4).
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).

Data & Analysis :
Comfortable using data to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive decisions.

Mindset :
Organized, autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
Strong project management and collaboration skills, especially in a multi-stakeholder, international context.

Languages :
Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.
