Change Lead H/F - Blueteams technology

The Change Lead will oversee all Change Management activities for the new TMS project with in the project Business Team.
Closely working with the business project manager, the Change Lead responsibility will BE to make sure all stakeholders of the project :
- Have a clear understanding of the project through precise communications;
- Smoothly adopt the New TMS and processes on the long term through timely training, coaching and hypercareactivities.

Create, run and analyze the results of a survey relative to stakeholders' status and expectations regarding the new TMS
- Coordinate TMS name election
- Actively participate in projects workshops to identify change management levels and pain points
- Present an impact analysis and define a stakeholders' map to organize tailor-made plans depending on different resistance to change levels
- Define the change management strategy for the project
- Define communications, training and hypercareplans
- Create change management material
- Participate in UATs
- Organize the training sessions with the PMO, participate in and report on training activities
- Report on roll-out progress
