Head Of Controlling Rouffach Fr H/F - Mahle

We are looking for a Head of Controlling (H/F) for our production site in Rouffach who will have the task of organizing and controlling the economic management of the company and optimizing its financial profitability according to the strategic choices decided by the General Management and the regulations.

Your Contribution :
- Define and implement the company's indicators and budget monitoring procedures,
- Analyze the performance of the structure, monitor financial results and recommend corrective actions,
- Carry out budgetary monitoring and participate in the closing of accounts and inventory operations,
- Report to the company management and the Group and propose solutions for optimizing the profitability of the structure,
- Provide technical support (management consulting, cost study...) on achieving savings,
- Support the company in its organization (forecast plan, monitoring budgets, reporting, etc.),
- Track and implement the management information system (Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP- integrated management software,
- Manage and develop your team's skills.

Your Experience and Qualifications :
- With a master's degree in management control, you have a confirmed experience of at least 5 years in an international industrial environment and within complex organizations.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector would BE a plus.
- Languages : English required.
- Proficiency in IT tools (SAP, Pack Office, etc.) is essential.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively.
