Industrial Efficiency team, in close connection with Business Units, Purchasing, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, is in charge of :
- Defining ambitious End-to-End performance programs and facilitating its deployment
- Co-building & providing methodology, standards/best in class practices and tools to deploy and to ensure adoption and performance maturity growth
- Executing site diagnostics on demand and co-building action plans to deliver ambitions
- Training by doing & coaching key business partners
- Directly leading key corporate projects and initiatives
Your role and contribution
Within the Industrial Efficiency team, your responsibility is to expand, accelerate Product Cost and Flexibility initiatives to improve business competitivity and agility.
Your main role is to :
- Enable, facilitate local and BU initiatives execution by bringing methodologies and tools, benchmarks and best practices
- Identify & propose new initiatives to improve product total cost of ownership and flexibility
- Challenge and set ambitious targets
- Develop local and BU competencies and maturity by doing, coaching and training on site
- Bring your expertise on specific topics
- Co-lead / Drive X-functions and X-BU working groups (eg. PCO, flexibility, complexity reduction, technical platforming) : guarantee methodology respect and deliverables
- Ensure initiatives deployment and results
Bring your competencies :
- Proven experience in site or production sector management in industry, and / or human resources (+5 years)
- Expertise in continuous improvement
- Strong ability to challenge, to propose new approaches and new ideas
- Critical skills for success in this role : people-centric, empathy, ownership and creative problem-solving mindset, resilience, excellence in project management and execution, leadership and collaboration, ability to influence internally and externally using data and insights, strong communication skills
