This Manager, Innovation Advocacy position will help the team advocate for world-class technology in the Fragrance category and activities led by the newly created Fragrance Incubator. IT will assist in concept creation, development, and advocacy of new innovative projects for fragrance brands. This role will assist cross-functional teams, connecting with internal and external teams and entities to increase the visibility of ELC's innovation to the internal and external ecosystem, to enable the design of brand-inspired consumer-orientated luxury fragrances.

As part of the ground-breaking Atelier team and fragrance Product Development organization, this role will BE in service of the global brands, contributing to end-to-end fragrance support, driving go-to-market speed & agility and incubator's awareness, and enhance artisanal quality of ELC products. This individual will bring new fragrance capabilities to the enterprise as we grow and develop in this category.

Principal Accountabilities :
- Develop and implement Innovation Advocacy toolbox to promote the Atelier's internally
- Develop and activate external communication strategies to raise awareness of the Atelier within the local innovation ecosystem
- Represent the Atelier in key industry events, conferences, and panels
- Collaborate with various brand teams to identify opportunities for integrating innovative fragrance solutions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of innovation's marketing initiatives
- Working with the PMO Director, provide regular reports and insights vs the Atelier's KPIs

Qualifications
- Master (or Bachelor + 2 years experience) in marketing, Communication, Politics or Art
- Proven track record in launching products and/or marketing campaigns for Fine Fragrances for Luxury/Prestige/Fashion fragrance brands
- Experience in consumer recruitment/retention in Luxe/Ultra-Luxe Fragrance Segment
- Experience in marketing or Communication, end-to-end or across multiple marketing functions.
- Experience in building a community is a plus
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Independent and self-motivated, pro-active
- Excellent presentation and Influence Skills
- Excellent level in English / Good level in French is a plus
