In the context of acceleration of AFH (Away From Home) channel in Europe, we are looking for an AFH Channel Manager.This CDI will take place in Paris. Your main responsibilities will focus on :
- Take an active part in the definition & steering of EU AFH strategy & plans
- Scan latest AFH market evolutions : shoppers trends, operators moves, competitors
- Support definition of AFH strategy & plans at key moments of EU business cycles : QBR/ AOP/ Strat Plan
- Monitor performance of EU channel & key AFH customers
- Coordinate and monitor progress of key projects of EU roadmap
- Drive initiatives to support countries in winning with selected customers/priority channels
- Coordinate internal best practices on key international customers without international agreements and identify levers for value creation which can BE rolled out
- Support development of channel toolkitsin partnership with the GAM expert of the channel
Your Key Stakeholders will BE :
- Internally : GAMs & Local KAMs, Finance teams, Strategy & Insight (S&I), Category teams
- Externally : industry forums, external partners and agencies

Le profil recherché
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also BE considered.
- You have at least 8 years experience in sales or marketing field, especially in : Business Development, KAM, Category Management or Shopper Marketing
- A first experience in AFH is a plus
- You have a strong business acumen and a great capacity for stakeholder engagement and coordination
- You are synthetic and demonstrate great presentation skills
- You have great financial & analytical skills
- You are fluent in English
