THE OPPORTUNITY
As Specialist Brand Experience, you will play a critical role in driving full consumer & brand engagement through multi-touchpoint experiences in the market. You will lead the creation, deployment, and optimization of brand programs and tools across all consumer-facing channels (in-store and out-of-store), aiming to drive trial, awareness, and qualitative acquisition for Smoke-Free Products (SFPs).
This role combines project management, creative concepting, and stakeholder engagement. From ideation to implementation, you will BE responsible for staging and activating experiences that resonate with consumers, support brand strategies, and deliver a measurable impact.
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute impactful consumer journeys across channels.
- Create briefs and align agencies and production teams for activation materials.
- Benchmark competitors and innovate on touchpoint efficiency.
- Develop emotional storytelling to enhance engagement.
- Leverage cross-functional collaboration (CX, Brand, ComOps, Procurement).
- Manage permanent visibility programs and immersive spaces.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain and immersive spaces.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize based on performance metrics.
- Stay up to date on market trends and innovation sin consumer experience.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in Consumer Engagement, Market Research, Brand Strategy, Retail and/or Merchandising departments.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in brand activation, touchpoint design, and experience journeys.
- Understanding of category planning, POS deployment and trade marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in French and English.
