In this context of rapid growth ($25M raised in Series B in March 2022), we are looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to participate in building our artificial intelligence platform dedicated to the proper use of medication.

We are seeking an ambitious Lead Marketing to take ownership of our multichannel marketing and communication efforts in France and the United States.
You will BE responsible for designing and executing coherent marketing campaigns, handling press relations, creating engaging content, managing SEO strategy and supporting the organization of events. This role is perfect for a high-performing marketing professional ready to drive our brand visibility, digital presence, and engagement in a fast-growing HealthTech startup.
- Develop and oversee coherent marketing and communication campaigns for the French and American markets, ensuring message harmonization across all channels (website, social media, newsletters, press releases).
- Design and produce diverse content (articles, infographics, videos, client testimonials, case studies, white papers) aligned with the brand's positioning, highlighting AI and service excellence on all our products
- Manage the company's social media platforms, developing an editorial line to create engagement among B2B audiences.
- Build and run a press and influencer plan to enhance brand visibility.
- Support client commercial launches with personalized marketing actions tailored to specific market segments and client needs.
- Implement basic SEO practices to improve organic visibility, including keyword research and optimization for web content.
- Work with technical teams on simple SEO improvements and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure clear product positioning and that key messages are effectively conveyed in all content.
- Monitor campaign performance and define/implement KPIs to measure effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on results and market feedback.
- Stay informed about fundamental SEO updates to maintain and improve website performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute key industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Develop pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication strategies to maximize ROI.
- Create compelling event materials and presentations that highlight our offerings.
- Conduct competitive and industry monitoring to adapt messages and anticipate marketing trends in the French and American markets.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve brand awareness and visibility, based on feedback and market developments.
- Analyze competitors' digital strategies and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop initiatives to improve internal communication around AI positioning and company values.
- Implement internal newsletters and information sessions to align French and US teams on communication messages and strategies.
- Collaborate with HR teams to highlight company projects and promote a consistent corporate culture.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- +4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in innovative sectors (health, technology, SaaS), with an understanding of B2B markets.

Hard skills
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong experience in creating engaging content and managing multichannel marketing campaigns with excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and message according to targets and channels.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and implementation strategies.
- Experience in organizing and managing B2B events or trade shows.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CMS, analytics platforms, social media, email marketing) and campaign management.
- Experience with marketing performance tracking and KPI development.
