Safety Data Sheet Coordinator H/F - MPH Global Services

We are looking for a Safety Data Sheet Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details :

Start Date : 16 June 2025

Duration : 12 months - renewable

Location : Tour Michelet, Cours Michelet, Puteaux, France

Raw Materials" and "Products Used on Site" and their metadata

Objectives and deliverables

* Within the Administration team, the service provider will oversee the complete management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Raw Materials (approximately 5000 raw materials) and Products used on site (approximately 800 OSCP) in Flamingo's Comply Plus module.

Tasks :

* creation or updating of raw materials (and their constituents) as well as chemicals used on site (MP-OSCP) at the request of the business, indexing of data relating to the SDS (classification, composition, etc.) and data specific to the business (BU name, SAP code, etc.)
* identification of the SDS portfolio to BE updated according to criteria defined by the business, collection of SDSs from suppliers, analysis of the SDS received and reporting of inconsistencies to suppliers and BUs before updating the SDSs validated by the business in Comply Plus.
* Validation of Raw Materials / MP-OSCP in Comply Plus : verification of the consistency of the data between the SDS and the product sheet (GHS classification, composition, physico-chemical properties, toxicological data, etc.)
* Transferring raw material data from the Comply Plus module to the Intelligent Authoring module and adding some data manually
* identification of the SDS portfolio to BE archived according to criteria defined by the business and implementation of SDS archiving actions
* Facilitation of periodic meetings with the business and participation in monthly operational committees
* Facilitation of periodic meetings with the entities concerned by the collection of SDS
* The service provider will work closely with the admin team (3 statutory) and may interact with the people of the Product Safety department or the team of Toxicologists.
* Its internal customers will BE the Product Stewardship of M&S businesses based in France and the regional Product Stewardship (Europe, Asia, Africa and Americas)
