- To ensure seamless, uninterrupted service for our clients, you will play a critical role in actively monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining all of our products and services.
- Your ability to adhere to internal procedures and escalate issues promptly will BE key to ensuring swift resolutions.
- You will BE responsible for accurately recording all incidents in our internal systems and proactively coordinating with various departments to guarantee quick and smooth resolutions.
- An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will BE essential to succeed in this role.
- Additionally, you will handle phone calls and email inquiries from partners, providing support at levels 1 to 3.
- This position involves regular shift rotations, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with shift bonuses for weekend and night shifts.

Le profil recherché
- Solid hands-on experience with Linux system administration and Microsoft Windows is essential.
- Familiarity with JIRA and other tracking tools, as well as experience with Java-based applications, is highly beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a passion for investigating and identifying the root cause of issues, are crucial for success.
- Proficiency in Grafana/Python or any other coding/script language would BE a major advantage.
- You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
