Product Manager - Nevio Digital Strategy & Customer Expert

Business Environment

The Nevio Strategy & Customer Expert (NSCE) is a Product Manager, who identifies and adapts to customer business needs to develop solutions that deliver business value by positioning current and future Digital capabilities.

As Nevio Strategy & Customer Expert, you will take on various roles at different stages of the customer lifecycle :
- Support pre-sales and regions by developing clear and compelling messages in Nevio RFPs (Requests for Proposals), positioning Digital solutions that solve customer business needs.
- Understand Nevio customer business needs and pain areas, creating a value-driven roadmap based on a catalogue of business-outcome driven use cases to build modern retailing capabilities.
- Take overall responsibility for Digital Epics in Nevio, delegating tasks and activities to various stakeholders within the ecosystem (Digital and other teams).
- Work closely with different stakeholders, including the Transversal Solution portfolio Digital Head and Product Managers, Digital Business Owners, CRP, PMMs, R&D, and others.

Main responsibilities

1. Enabler for driving Digital growth
- Act as the Digital Product Manager Point of Contact (POC) for the Nevio pre-sales team to respond to Nevio RFPs, articulating the Digital value proposition and how Digital can enable a seamless transition to Nevio.
- Collaborate with Transversal Product Managers to support the Digital pre-sales team in responding to RFPs, advocating current and future Digital capabilities that address customer business needs (Airlines, Rail, TRD, etc.).
- Proactively engage with regional and pre-sales teams to address customer business needs by offering a catalogue of value-driven use cases that provide additional benefits.

2. Identify opportunities across Business Units focusing on reusability and modularity
- Lead workshops with other Business Units (Hotel IT, Distribution, Navitaire, etc.) to understand their business and solution roadmap, identifying potential opportunities for reusable and modular solutions across different business units.

3. Own the Digital roadmap in Nevio
- Based on customer priorities, create a value-driven Digital delivery roadmap for Nevio.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders (R&D, Nevio trains, Order/Offer Product Managers, etc.) to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of the Digital capabilities in the delivery roadmap.
- Socialize the Digital roadmap for Nevio with different stakeholders, including Nevio customers and internal forums (Nevio Business Architecture Forums, Nevio and Digital LPMs, etc.).

4. Digital Epic Owner in Nevio
- Regularly collaborate with customers via online/offline meetings and workshops to understand their business needs, pain points, and current processes.
- Document high-level requirements as Epics in JIRA to enable the Nevio trains for solutioning and delivery.
- Conduct backlog grooming sessions to provide Epic (business requirements) walkthroughs to Nevio trains (WoW, SoS, etc.).
- Collaborate with different stakeholders (Trains Product Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of the Digital Epic in Nevio.

5. Ad-hoc Strategic initiatives
- Identify strategic initiatives that require detailed study/PLC (led by Business Owners) to uncover and define potential opportunities that can help position Amadeus as a market leader.

Our ideal candidate
- Extensive experience in product management. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams towards strategic objectives. Ability to work with senior leadership.
- Demonstrates leadership : business-acumen (i.e. understanding customers' objectives; Airlines IT solutions), results-driven, value-driven.
- Improve efficiency, recommend solutions/best practices, and influence the strategy. Translates the strategy into a concrete action plans.
- Fluent in English
