Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a Merchandising Coordinator or in a similar role?

Join Salomon as a Sportstyle Business Developer (W/M)!

Your Mission :

Lead the successful go-to-market execution of our Sportstyle collections by ensuring flawless coordination at every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure up-to-date and reliable data across internal tools and platforms (Smart, Range Plan, PLM, B2B, Excel files, etc.) to maintain accurate product information.
- Coordinate operations with the Supply Chain and internal/external stakeholders : monitor deliveries, prioritize volumes, manage alerts.
- Prepare commercial launches by delivering relevant market tools, tracking files, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth and aligned 360° strategy.
- Proactively identify and anticipate risks (timelines, tools, etc.) and suggest corrective actions.

Le profil recherché

- Experience :3 to 5 years in a role related to business operations, sales operations, product operations, or supply chain.
- Technical Skills :
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus), PLM tools, and project management software
- Behavioral Skills :
- Strong analytical mindset and executional rigor
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the big pictur
- Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English required (daily work in an international environment)
