Location : Strasbourg, Metz, Reims, Nancy
Contract : Permanent (CDI)
Reporting to the Sales Director of Bel France GMS, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible, alongside their team (area managers and sales promoters), for the implementation and monitoring of the commercial policy of the Bel group's brands across all retail chains and sales points in their region. They are particularly responsible for the development of volumes, sales revenue, and market share of Bel France products in their region.
They serve as the negotiator and business developer with the SCA in their region, adhering to the priorities set by Bel.
Their main missions are as follows :
Manage SCAs in their region
- Conduct annual negotiations respecting mandates and optimize business plan counterparts
- Handle disputes
- Manage business plans
- Enter promotions into the system
Manage the activity
- Analyze results (Digital Distribution, market share, volume, sales, coverage, resource management...) in their perimeter (region, sector)
- Develop a regional action plan to achieve objectives while respecting the framework set by the sales management
- Ensure the quality of reporting and data entry by their team (visit frequency, planning, relevance in organizing visits...)
Recruit and Develop team members
- Contribute to the recruitment process of their team and validate the final stage
- Continuously support their team members and ensure the adoption of Bel's sales techniques to achieve expected performance
- Adjust field tour frequency according to the needs and profiles of their team members and in the interest of the business
Communicate
The Regional Sales Manager is a source of recommendations to both headquarters and field contacts :
- Team :
- Act as an effective and responsible relay for headquarters information and meet deadlines
- Motivate the team to BE proactive
- Safety : Ensure compliance with rules and inform or alert when necessary
- Within the CVR community :
- Serve as a right-hand person on a specific subject
- As a dedicated contact, collaborate with the headquarters, represent, and disseminate information among peers
- Share best practices of their team within the CVR community
- With the headquarters :
- CVR is central to exchanges between headquarters and the field
- Ensure the relevance of information flows
- Carry and follow up on recommendations
- With their manager :
- Regularly share the situation of their team (people/business) with their manager to ensure consistency between regions
Profile :
With a business school education (Master's degree or equivalent), you have proven experience in GMS of at least 5 years, having held successive roles in field sales and a Marketing, Sales, or commercial development position at a head office.
You have prior experience in team management.
You possess a strong ability to motivate, lead, unify, and drive. Rigorous and organized, you wish to put your talent at the service of a market-leading company.
