Assistante - Assistant Manager Engineering Unit - Alternance H/F - Capgemini Shared Services

CAPGEMINI SERVICE SASThis role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in designing, managing and improving the processes for Industrial operations, including procurement, supply chain and facilities engineering and maintenance of the facilities. Project and change management of industrial transformations are also included in this role.
Vos missions
En tant qu'Assistante / Assistant Manager sur le périmètre Achats & Supply Chain, vos missions principales seront :
* Assister le manager dans la transformation de son équipe
* Analyser des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour préparer des reportings et tableaux de bord de l'Engineering Unit
* Contribuer à la préparation des réunions d'équipe (ordres du jour, supports de présentation)
* Réaliser des tâches à la demande du manager (préparation de workshop, analyses de fichiers xls, participation à des projets transverses...)
* Appuyer le manager dans certaines tâches administratives et logistiques
* Participer à l'organisation d'événements internes ou externes et faire la Newsletter interne de l'équipe

Votre profil
* En école d'ingénieur ou de commerce orienté Achats / Supply Chain
* Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
* Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Anglais courant indispensable
* Dynamisme, autonomie et sens de l'organisation

Focus on Industrial Operations Engineering. Entry level graduate with limited commercial and technical work experience. Build skills and expertise in a chosen Engineering Discipline. Works to instructions and directions and delivers reliable results. Keen to understand client's business and needs. Solves routine problems. Organises own time with a short time horizon.
