The Group counts ca. 1,100 employees between Paris headquarters, the production site in Boufféré (Vendée), the field salesforce and the international subsidiaries (Italy, Germany, Belgium, Canada). Group turnover is expected to double by 2027. Havea has the ambition to position itself as the most advanced player in the European natural health e-commerce field.
Group digitalization and development of e-commerce sales (direct-to-consumer and e-retail) are one of the 3 key pillars of the achievement of our strategic plan. Currently, our e-commerce sales account for ca. 30% of total sales.To support the strong growth of our brands, especially on Amazon, we are strengthening our B2B e-commerce team and recruiting a Marketplace Manager for our brands on the German and UK markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily commercial relationship with Amazon
- Ensure flawless daily operations : product listings, SEO, catalog updates, demand and stock planning, pricing and promotions
- Build and implement promotional offers and improve customer experience on Amazon
- Define and execute the right advertising plan (with agency support)
- Develop and implement marketing and merchandising campaigns to drive traffic
- Analyze performance data (sell-out, budget, forecasts) and turn insights into action
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Digital, and R&D to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- 2+yrs in sales or account management of a marketplace, ideally on Amazon Vendor/Seller
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English
- Analytical, hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, results-driven, and loves working in projects
- Being bilingual in German and having experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller platforms are definite pluses.

Recruitment Process
- Phone Screening Interview (30-45 min) - with our Talent Acquisition manager
- In-Person Interview (1h) with Céline Quéméner, E-Retail Director, your future manager
- Case Study (1h, on-site) includes preparation time and a presentation
- In Person discussion (1h) with E-retail member to ensure alignment on vision and values.
