You will BE working mainly on video-conferencing systems and multifunction printers at Bouygues Construction head office, with the following tasks :

1. Carrying out preventive visits :
- You will carry out regular visits to check that the equipment is working properly and anticipate any problems. Your aim will BE to ensure optimum availability of the videoconferencing systems and multifunction printers.

2. Maintaining the equipment in operational condition :
- You will ensure that the equipment remains operational by intervening quickly in the event of a breakdown or malfunction. You will BE responsible for incident management and first-level technical support.

3. Participating in roll-outs/replacements/renewals :
- You will BE involved in deployment, fallback, relocation and equipment renewal projects. You will take part in the preparation, installation and configuration of systems to ensure they are running smoothly.

4. Keeping the repository up to date :
- You will have to keep the equipment repository up to date by documenting the work carried out, configurations and updates. In this way, you will guarantee the traceability and history of the operations carried out.
