Directly reporting to the Global Market Access Director, this new position combines team management with operational tasks, balancing strategic planning and day-to-day execution. IT involves leading registration initiatives, providing strategic direction, and fostering collaboration with regional / country leaders and compliance experts. The role is crucial for driving the company's growth strategy by developing and leading the registration team, ensuring efficient and compliant product registrations.
Responsibilities
Product Registration Strategy definition and implementation :
- Develop and define the registration strategy based on overall company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Implement effective processes and protocols to ensure product registration compliance.
- Organize regular reporting and communication with internal stakeholders
Product Registration Budget Management
- Prepare and plan the necessary budgets for product registration plans.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring registration projects remain within defined budget limits.
- Propose budget adjustments based on needs and prioriti and identify areas for improvement for more cost-effective resource management.
Monitoring and managing validated registration plans :
- Ensure the proper execution of registration plans, ensuring timeliness and monitoring KPIs for continuous improvemen, monitor the progress of registration projects and resolve any obstacles or delays.
- Implement clear prioritization mechanisms to manage competing demands and optimize available resources.
- Regularly review priorities to ensure they align with business needs.
Team management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team responsible for product registration (7 people).
- Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and ongoing training opportunities to improve individual and team performance and paintain a collaborative work environment conducive to innovation and efficiency.
- Organize governance and comitology to ensure proper communication with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory and feed safety standards (animal feed industry), with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product registration and knowledge of applicable technical barriers to trade. A good knowledge of the animal nutrition or health field is required.
- Scientific background.
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments, results-driven, and with a strong regulatory compliance focus.
- Autonomous, leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, team-oriented, process/data-oriented.
- Fluent in English;
