JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for our new talent : A result-driven Technical CRM Campaign Operator (HTML), who will drive and execute the customer experience strategy at Veepee.
TASKS
- You are the main expert of our campaign automation tool on main channels (emails & pushes)
- You will take part in all technical projects to optimize the efficiency of our ongoing/ new processes
- You implement and develop content blocks to make the CRM business team as autonomous as possible (Industrialization)
- Follow-up of bugs, testing & QA of key automated communications
- You implement end to end campaigns from the CRM business' brief : from figma, targetings, templates, content personalization.
MUST HAVE skills
- We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree and brings a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
- You should possess a strong ability to implement and optimize complex campaign flows, skillfully managing and executing communications across various channels, including email and push notifications.
- Your technical skills will BE critical for actively participating in process optimization projects, efficiently industrializing content blocks for reusability, and ensuring the seamless, end-to-end execution of campaigns from the initial brief through to deployment.
- We require someone with a sharp eye for detail, highly adept at bug tracking, rigorous testing, and comprehensive quality assurance of all automated communications to maintain high standards of accuracy and performance.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for template development is crucial, alongside a solid understanding of CRM data models and targeting principles to effectively segment audiences and personalize communications.
- BE fluent in English is essential for this position to ensure effective communication within our global teams and with external partners.
