We are seeking a Crisis & Business Continuity Manager to ensure that Ingenico remains robust, agile, and operational in the face of disruptions - protecting not only our business but also the trust of millions of customers worldwide.

This is a strategic and highly visible international role, offering the opportunity to collaborate across geographies and functions, and to shape how the company prepares, responds, and adapts to risks.

Your mission

As the Crisis & Business Continuity Manager, you will:

- Define & Design: Work with global business leaders to identify critical processes, risks, and system requirements. Build and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans tailored to business priorities and geographies.

- Prepare & Protect: Lead risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct testing and drills with teams across IT, Security, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Operations. Ensure full compliance with international standards (ISO 22301).

- Train & Engage: Raise awareness through training and communication programs, ensuring that employees and stakeholders are confident and prepared.

- Lead & Execute: Act as the primary point of contact during disruptions, coordinating crisis response and enabling swift recovery of operations. Continuously improve resilience strategies based on lessons learned and best practices.

Your profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management - ideally within a private equity or operationally complex environment.

- International experience and a strong executive presence.

Technical expertise :

- Deep knowledge of business continuity standards (ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, DRII/BCI practices).

- Hands-on experience with BIAs, risk assessments, and crisis management.

- Certifications (CBCP, MBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) are a strong plus.

Leadership skills :

- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies.

- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken).
