Job Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge within a dynamic and maturing Compliance program in an international group? Would you like an apprenticeship that is hands-on, diverse, and offers direct interaction with senior leadership - providing both strategic and operational insight into the Compliance function? What You'll Do :

Reporting to the Group Compliance Director, you will BE fully integrated into the team and actively involved in the rollout of the Group Compliance program. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Contributing to the roll-out implementation of the action plan following the anti-corruption risk mapping : drafting and updating internal procedures, policies, and guidelines, and analyzing feedback from the field.
- Act as secretary to the Compliance Committee (held bimonthly with members of the Executive Committee), as well as the Compliance ambassadors and referents network.
- Preparing presentation materials for governance bodies (Executive Committee, Audit & Risk Committee, Board of Directors), as well as for internal and institutional communications.
- Assisting with the response to the AFA questionnaire, organizing documentation, and preparing for potential audits.
- Supporting employee training and awareness initiatives : contributing to content development, internal communication, and dissemination of internal procedures.
- Contribute to the day-to-day monitoring of requests made by the operational departments, particularly in connection with the implementation of procedures regarding third parties (customers and suppliers in particular);
- Collaborating with the legal compliance team on contract review and helping to enhance the Group's compliance clauses.
- Prepare and participate in second-level controls, while monitoring key indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor legal developments (anti-corruption, business ethics, data protection, etc.), maintaining the Compliance for You intranet, and ensuring proper governance of the internal document repository.

What You'll Need :
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law or Compliance Law.
- Your studies have enabled you to acquire solid knowledge of compliance law and business ethics, and more generally of private law and business law, in France and in the UK.
- You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international sanctions and/or digital law (including data privacy) is an asset.
