YOUR MISSIONS
Context
Within the Human Resources Department France and the Social Affairs team based in Suresnes, you are attached to the Social Law Lawyer located in Dardilly (69).
As a duo, you support the HR managers of our two production sites in France and the headquarters daily.

Your missions are as follows :

For individual relationships :
- Advise all HR teams on various social law issues (life of the contract, disciplinary law, application of conventional provisions, etc.) and support our managers on various topics (working hours, for example).
- Secure all social legal processes, draft, and validate legal documents (contracts, letters, etc.).
- Assist in managing disputes in connection with HR and law firms.
- Ensure social monitoring and share the impacts of legal news on our HR processes.

For collective relationships :
- Depending on the topics, participate in preparing the various meetings of the bodies (Establishment CSE and Centram CSE) and the preparation of negotiations or commissions with the IRP.
- Provide recommendations on negotiations to BE implemented through the analysis of legislative developments and external practices.

YOUR PROFILE
You can apply if :
- Currently in law school or a Master's 2 specializing in Social Law, you ideally have previous successful experience in a company or law firm.
- You have a sense of service, listening skills, and the ability to adapt to your interlocutors.
- Curious, you are also recognized for your adaptability.
- With good writing skills, you have a good sense of synthesis and are rigorous.
- You know how to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
