Internship based in Suresnes (92).

YOUR MISSIONS

Within the group's Quality department, you will BE directly attached to the Consumer, Customer & Citizen Care department. You will BE involved in a transformation program called Make Consumers Smile. In collaboration with your manager, your main missions will BE :
- Training development :
o Create and develop innovative and attractive training materials - Make Consumers Smile e-learning
o Collaborate with different departments to create a dynamic workshop.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements.
o Manage and organize the animation of the key user community.
o Propose new ideas and approaches to improve communication and training.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to bring creative ideas.
- Support for communication :
o Contribute to creating and implementing internal communication strategies.
o Write and revise content for internal social media, the department's app, and other internal communication channels.
o Maintain and update the company intranet with relevant information.
o Collaborate in the organization of events and webinars.
o Use graphic design and multimedia tools to create appealing visual materials.
o Create a strategic communication plan to promote the application developed by the department and the deployed transformation program.
o Assist in the creation/review of communication used by consumer and customer services.

YOUR PROFILE
You can apply if :

o Student or recent graduate in communication, marketing, human resources, design, or a related field
o High level of autonomy as your manager will BE based in Lisbon
o Strong writing and editing skills
o Familiarity with online learning tools
o Creativity and ability to think outside the box
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Ability to work independently and in a team
o Proactive and positive attitude
o You have a good level of English, both written and oral, allowing you to ensure frequent contacts with English-speaking stakeholders of our BEL entities abroad, both orally and in writing.
o Prior experience in internships or projects related to communication and training is appreciated.
o Experience in social media management and digital content creation is an advantage.
