Data Manager H/F - Blueteams technology

1/Context :

Within GO Organization, Processes and Data, Chief Data Officer for Group Operations is driving internal AXA GO Data & AI transformation.

The focus of this mission is specifically on BI and Analytics usage and data management to support data reporting and advanced analytics use case governance as well as data management activities across company Data Domains to make data and AI impactful business enablers.

Group Operations is implementing its operating model across the company to structure and standardize the way Group Operations deliver its products and services to AXA Entities.

Among frameworks defined, Data for GO framework aims to support the way data is leveraged to improve business decision making laying down data foundations to enable business transformation.

Data Office is also involved in project lifecycle management to support GO program and project managers on applying Data by Design on their programs/projects.

2/Services :
To manage and reinforce BI & Analytics governance, support Data Governance on specific Data Domains (likely HR Data Domain) and implement data by design within projects, GO Data needs to reinforce its team.

The mission includes management of BI & Analytics governance and delivering roadmap on strengthening/streamlining BI & Analytics across the organization.

Service to support operational Data Business Owners when implementing Data Governance on business-critical data and participating in Data By Design process accompanying several programs/projects.

Activities expected to BE handled are the following :

- Lead BI & Analytics strengthening project including business scope extension, standardization, delivery model enhancement
- Manage BI & Analytics governance in BAU
- Enforce Data strategy by ensuring Data Standards are defined and implemented. Minimum required Data standards are; Data governance policy, Data Quality framework and Data By Design framework supported by Data documentation.
- Implement and support Data by Design process along with Data Architects, Data Privacy Officer and other stakeholders.
- Support Business Data Owners & Data Stewards in their Data management activities, including implementation of data frameworks in their data domain.
