Assistant de Direction H/F - Nes Global France

Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) de direction pour notre client spécialisé dans l'oil & gas. Votre objectif est d'assurer le bon fonctionnement administratif, logistique et organisationnel du projet D-Lorean à La Défense, en soutien direct au chef de projet et aux équipes locales.

Pour cela, vous aurez pour mission :

1. Administration du personnel projet
- Suivi des congés, absences, plannings
- Gestion des délégations, achats courants, mouvements de personnel
- Gestion des accès informatiques

2. Support logistique et organisationnel
- Organisation de réunions, ateliers, rendez-vous
- Gestion des déplacements : ordres de mission, visas, notes de frais, réservations (hôtels, transports, restaurants)

3. Gestion d'agenda
- Coordination de l'agenda du chef de projet (Finance & Procurement, MDM, IT)

4. Référent outils collaboratifs
- Administration des espaces SharePoint, WAT, Treck+, Ideal, Upgrader Lift

5. Intégration et mobilité
- Coordination des arrivées/départs avec les services RH
- Organisation de l'onboarding des nouveaux arrivants

6. Qualité de vie au travail
- Propositions d'initiatives pour le bien-être au travail
- Organisation de moments conviviaux et d'événements internes

7. Communication interne
- Faciliter la circulation de l'information entre les sites (Paris & Pau)
- Accompagnement à l'usage des outils collaboratifs

8. Coordination stratégique
- Animation d'ateliers, alignements stratégiques
- Suivi budgétaire
- Niveau avancé sur le Pack Office (Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
- Anglais courant
- Expérience dans le secteur de l'IT
