As anInternational Key Account Manager(IKAM), you will manage and expand strategic partnerships withinternational Mass Market retailers. Your role involves driving business development and maximizing revenue by aligning global key account strategies with shopper expectations, market trends and our different markets in Europe.
- Account Strategy & Development : Shape and implement powerful strategies for our key international accounts, ensuring alignment with mass market priorities and our different markets in Europe achieving transformative results.
- Revenue Growth : Dive into identifying and seizing growth opportunities, optimizing sales, product positioning, and market penetration in line with our Greater Europe global objectives and optimize the best investments in terms of commercial negotiation.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, becoming their go-to person for all business matters, and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Market & Consumer Insights : Utilize cutting-edge data and insights to stay ahead of shopper trends and competitor activities. Tailor offers and strategies to meet and exceed customer and consumer expectations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with internal Greater Europe and Groupe SEB teams, ensuring seamless execution of account strategies and successful product launches.
- P&L Responsibility : Take charge of key account P&L management, meeting financial targets while optimizing cost structures and profitability.
- International Coordination : Harmonize global and local account strategies, ensuring consistency while adapting to regional market dynamics.

Bring your skills :
- Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with at least 7 years of experience in key account management or international sales, preferably in the small household equipment or consumer goods sector.
- Solid expertise in negotiation techniques.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-country accounts with knowledge of mass market channels.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development.
- Successful track record in managing P&L and driving international business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English is a requirement.
