- Define the strategy for each procurement file
- Prepare and lead calls for tender (CFTs) and ensure the necessary authorizations are obtained, in line with the company's procurement governance
- Finalize negotiations, draft associated contracts, and ensure documentation is validated by stakeholders and key contractual data is shared with end users
- Archive key documents and manage documentation efficiently for audits and future checks
- Collaborate with technical teams to define efficient procurement strategies, optimize costs while maintaining quality and timelines, and identify continuous improvement opportunities for each case
- Share relevant information and ensure effective communication at all stages of the procurement process
- Ensure a solid understanding of the legal and tax environment linked to the CFTs
- Conduct thorough risk assessments related to contracts and suppliers, and define mitigation plans and backup solutions to ensure operational continuity in case of unforeseen events

Le profil recherché

Profile we're looking for :
- Master's degree (Bac +5)
- Proven experience in the oil & gas sector
- Fluent in English
- Key qualities : rigor, adaptability, field mindset, team spirit, and a strong desire to make a difference
