Responsable Planification de Production H/F - Ceva Santé Animale

Au sein de la société Ceva BIOVAC pour notre campus de production autovaccins basé à Beaucouzé (proche Angers), nous cherchons à recruter un Responsable planification de Production H/F.

Les missions de ce poste sont les suivantes :
Au niveau du campus, développe, met en oeuvre et garantie le planning de production pour répondre aux besoins clients. Il est l'interface privilégié entre les différents services de la production et les services en lien avec les clients (SRC, supply groupe...) Il est le garant du système de gestion de la production.

Déploie et valide les politiques et les outils pour s'assurer qu'ils sont correctement mis en oeuvre dans son périmètre de responsabilité. Améliore de façon continue la satisfaction des parties intéressées en équilibrant les besoins en approvisionnement et les capacités disponibles, en optimisant les coûts dans un environnement BPF. Il assure une interface appropriée avec les fonctions production, ingénierie, qualité, réglementation et commerciales.

Organise l'adéquation des capacités avec les besoins :
Il établi un plan capacitaire prévisionnel des différentes phases de la production des vaccins : production Antigènes, mise sous forme pharmaceutique, contrôle qualité, libération.
Il actualise le plan capacitaire en continue en fonction des aléas et des besoins, et détermine le lead time de production.
Il ajuste les approvisionnements de Matières premières aux besoins.
Il est l'administrateur métier de l'outil de gestion de production. Il est garant du bon fonctionnement, du paramétrage, et des évolutions de l'outil (quickbase). Il est en lien avec les équipes IT (France et international). Il prépare le projet de transformation de cet outil de gestion de la production.

Garantie la mise à disposition des stocks :
Garantie l'état du stock de Matières premières et Produits finis.
Optimise les capacités disponibles pour maitriser les coûts et garantir les capacités de production.
Selon les besoins, il peut participer au processus d'achat.

Qualité, amélioration continue et conformité avec la réglementation :
Veille à ce que tous les procédés et méthodes liés à son périmètre soient conformes à toutes les réglementations applicables.Production Planning Manager M/F

missions :

Ceva BIOVAC is looking to recruit a Production Planning Manager for our autovaccine production campus based in Beaucouzé (near Angers).

The duties of this position are as follows :
At campus level, develop, implement and guarantee the production schedule to meet customer requirements. He/she is the main interface between the various production departments and the departments in contact with customers (SRC, supply group, etc.) He/she is the guarantor of the production management system.

Deploys and validates policies and tools to ensure that they are correctly implemented within his/her area of responsibility. Continuously improves stakeholder satisfaction by balancing supply needs with available capacity, optimising costs in a GMP environment. Ensures an appropriate interface with the production, engineering, quality, regulatory and commercial functions.
Ensures that capacity is in line with requirements :
Draws up a provisional capacity plan for the various phases of vaccine production : antigen production, pharmaceutical formatting, quality control, release.
IT updates the capacity plan on an ongoing basis in the light of unforeseen events and requirements, and determines the production lead time. IT adjusts raw materials supplies to requirements.
He/she is the business administrator for the production management tool. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the tool (quickbase) works properly, configuring IT and upgrading IT. He/she liaises with the IT teams (France and international). Prepares the transformation project for this production management tool.

Guarantees stock availability :
Guarantees the state of raw materials and finished goods stock.
Optimises available capacity to control costs and guarantee production capacity.
Depending on requirements, may participate in the purchasing process.

Quality, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance :
Ensures that all processes and methods within its scope comply with all applicable regulations.

Your
profile :

For this position, we are looking for someone with 3 to 6 years' experience in production planning (engineering level or equivalent), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll BE able to take a step back from complex situations and BE good at communicating with your internal customers and external service providers. You are rigorous in your work.
You have a Master's degree in production planning or equivalent, and are able to work in English with international contacts.
The position is to BE filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

Le profil recherché pour le poste en question :
Nous recherchons pour ce poste un profil ayant d'ores et déjà 3 à 6 années d'expérience en planification de production (niveau ingénieur ou équivalent), si possible dans le milieu pharmaceutique. Vous savez appréhender des situations complexes en prenant du recul et faite preuve d'aisance communicationnelle avec vos clients internes et prestataires externes. Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse dans votre travail.
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Master en planification de production ou équivalent, et pouvez trouvailler en anglais avec des interlocuteurs internationaux.
Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible.
