We are looking for a Business Process Owner (BPO) dedicated to labeling and specific requests (SR) processes to join our team within an innovative and leading company in the field of animal feed additives. Our company distributes its products worldwide and must comply with strict labeling and product authorization standards according to local regulations in different countries.

In this role, you will BE responsible for managing, continuously improving, and optimizing labeling & SR processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. IT will also involve close collaboration with regulatory experts specialized in labeling in the different countries where our products are marketed, as well as with Bus operations and market access specialist on manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

Managing Performance of market access data, processes & supportive tool
- - Through the implementation of BPOs roles, ensure continuous Improvement of processes
- Ensure market access master (product) data quality, integrity and availability
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of processes and ensure corrective actions implementation in case of non-compliance or delays.
- Ensure maintenance and development of market access tools and softwares (PLM, Wercs) to support compliance and worldwide availability
- Contribute to the strategy applicable to market access digitalization

Feed safety standard and regulatory compliance
- - Define company feed safety management system & policies to secure FAMI QS certification across the various operations (warehousing, distribution, production)
- Define organization, policies and processes to ensure product regulatory compliance across the functions

Communication & training
- - Implement change management adequately at internal stakeholders and foster best practices through BPO role development
- Ensure business continuity for operational processes (labelling, SR, product data, feed safety)
- Organize regular reporting& coordination meeting to share KPIs and issues with internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional company projects related to ensure regulatory operations are integrated into the company's global projects impact assessment.

Team management
- - Manage and develop knowledge and team spirit at team BPOs
- Ensure business continuity for operational processes (labelling, SR, product data, feed safety

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- University degree food/feed/quality/Supply chain with at least 5-7 years of experience in process management, with specific expertise in regulatory compliance, preferably in the animal feed or a related sector.
- Proficiency in process management tools and regulatory database/quality management systems (QMS). Appetite for product data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring performance at KPIs.
- Service-oriented mindset and the ability to guide internal teams on best practices (change management).
- Languages : Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential, with additional language skills (Spanish, Chinese etc.) being a plus.
