Flexcity is one of Europe's leading energy tech companies and part of the Veolia Group. Operating in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, UK and the Netherlands, we aggregate and optimize thousands of flexible energy assets (batteries, industrial processes, renewables...) to support grid stability and drive the energy transition.

At Flexcity, Tech is not a support function - IT is a key business driver. We operate in a complex, real-time, and highly regulated environment, requiring robust, secure, and adaptable systems to manage the increasing volatility of energy markets. As Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a central role in shaping and maintaining our infrastructure landscape. You'll ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and ready to scale - enabling real-time control of hundreds of MWs across multiple markets.

Reporting directly to the CTO and working within a collaborative, multi-country team, you'll split your time across infrastructure architecture, team leadership, and DEVOPS enablement.

Team Leadership - 30%
- Lead and coach a team of two infrastructure engineers.

- Act as a bridge between infrastructure and the broader Tech organization.

DEVOPS best practices 10%

- - Drive the adoption of infrastructure that enables faster, safer, and more reliable releases.
