As part of the launch of a new activity at our Mâcon site (in the cité de l'entreprise) on July 1, we are recruiting a Customer Success Manager to support our professional customers in the automotive and real estate sectors. This strategic project aims to strengthen the satisfaction, loyalty and performance of our partners. Join a team of 20 people to take part in this new adventure.
Outgoing call assignments :
- Welcome call following the connection of the new offer contract for priority customers
- Explanations of how the new products work
- Help with using the pro account and its functionalities
- Tips for greater efficiency
Inbound call assignments :
- Questions about their advertisements (efficiency...)
- Additional revenue identification mission :
- Identification of additional sales opportunities with transfer to the dedicated sales team
Prospecting missions :
- Support real estate sales teams in acquiring new customers
- Qualification of self-service customer needs
- Qualify the needs of non-customer real estate agencies
- Present product advantages and schedule appointments with area sales representatives
- Confirmation/reminder of appointment by e-mail to BE sent to customer and field sales rep
- Support sales forces in building customer loyalty
Qualifications :
- Experience in B2B customer relations and/or call center experience is recommended.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer empathy, sense of service
- Autonomy and initiative
- Good command of IT tools (knowledge of SalesForce is a plus)
