Job Description

Join our team as a Project & Account Manager where you will BE the trusted go-to for our internal clients at the Marcom Agency. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee project execution, nurture client relationships, and connect the right resources within the agency to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for internal clients of the MarCom Agency, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Align internal clients' needs with the appropriate resources within our team
- Supervise content execution operations on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with clients' goals
- Effectively manage project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines, making necessary adjustments as needed for optimal outcomes
- Oversee all project documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Proactively handle operational issues and risks associated with projects, taking responsibility for project quality and conducting regular reviews and reports
- Promote excellent collaboration and continuous improvement of work processes within and beyond the Marcom Agency

Your Profile
- Duration of the apprenticeship : Ideally 24 months (or 12 months), available from September 2025
- Desired rhythm : 1 week school / 3 weeks company (or 2 days / 3 days)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is required
- Proven experience managing comprehensive digital marketing projects
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Superior organizational skills with a proactive and meticulous approach to work
- Experience working in an international setting, effectively communicating with multiple parties
