Hana Group is one of the world's leading companies in Asian cuisine within large-scale retail. The company has developed various concepts for on-site preparation and takeaway sales of Japanese and pan-Asian specialties under different brands (Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, Genji, Poké-lé-é, Sky Kitchens, etc.). Present in thirteen countries, Hana Group is seeking a Finance Director for France and Benelux to support its business development.Key Responsibilities :
- P&L Management and Growth Initiatives
- Take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss statement, focusing on growth through the opening of new kiosks in large-scale retail, launching new products with pricing strategies aligned with consumer purchasing power trends.
- Implement strategies to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and increase the average transaction value.
- Cost Management
- Oversee and anticipate personnel-related costs (salaries, social contributions) and raw material expenses.
- Identify and implement actions to optimize costs while maintaining product and service quality.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop reforecasts and the annual budget, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Create a 5-year business plan to guide long-term financial strategy.
- Financial Control
- Supervise accounting data during monthly and annual financial closings.
- Establish, monitor, and refine operational and financial processes to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Reporting
- Present monthly financial results to the Executive Committee and during P&L reviews.
- Analyze variances from the budget across the entire P&L.
- Manage cash flow forecasts and propose improvements in cash generation (Capex, working capital, including customer invoice collection).
- Provide specific follow-ups on strategic initiatives and action plans within the countries.
- Business Partnership with Country Management
- Collaborate closely with country management to analyze monthly performance and understand the France P&L.
- Challenge operational teams based on KPIs and propose corrective action plans.
- Validate CAPEX investment opportunities (new openings, stand renovations).
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, including pricing evaluations and changes in contractual terms with clients.
- Team Management
- Lead a team of three controllers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Le profil recherché
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in controlling.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
