Externalisée ou sur site client, les consultants Trèfle Solution interviennent sur des projets techniques mais également que sur des projets de pilotage, d'analyse fonctionnelle ou de gouvernance SI.

- Possible contribution to specification workshops ;
- Review and understanding of Solution Design & architecture, on which validation strategy and campaign will BE established ;
- Review and understanding IT design, implementation and support (BOM, system, DB, network) ;
- Testing of Customization of R&D products to delivery projects ;
- Testing on solution level end to end as well as possibly contributing to component level testing ;
- Testing, validation and integration of technical solution (Functional, security, HA, performance...) including possible usage of automation ;
- Customer integration operations (DB migration, integration with existing solutions... ;
- Deployment and pipeline preparation for automatic gradual deployment in customer network ;
- Prepare, lead and guarantee Customer acceptance (FAT, SAT, dry run, pilot...) ;
- Contribute to project security assessment (Risk analysis, vulnerabilities scan, penetration tests...) ;
- Contribution and verification of Documentation (Guides : dev / technical documentation, Install...) ;
- Customer training ; L3 maintenance and support (HW, SW and IT) along with CR follow-up ;
- Participation to enterprise communities : Quality, Security, Issuance, Kick Off meeting.

Required skills for this are mainly validation-oriented skills, with a capacity for troubleshooting on different layes of abstraction : HW level, FW level, low level application level, SW level, integration with DNUM backend level.

IT's also required knowledge on IT architecture and network to perform network tests, provide network specifications and reports.

- Experience in creating and executing test plans, performing functional and non-functional testing and presenting test results, executing regression tests and initiating corrective action if needed ;
- Experience in creating User Guides, Installation Manuals, Administration Guides, Solution Integration Guides, Customer Training materials ;
- Experience in running acceptance phase(s) Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing with customer (ATP) ;
