Les missions du poste

The Commodities Client Engagement Manager will expand Euronext's commodities franchise by educating and onboarding European industrial companies unfamiliar with financial markets and hedging. This role will also serve as the primary contact for intermediaries like software vendors, brokers, and banks.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with industrial prospects, particularly those new to commodity hedging.
- Conduct meetings, roadshows, and conferences to promote Euronext commodity contracts.
- Develop educational materials on price hedging, market references, derivatives markets, trading requirements, and hedging strategies.
- Build relationships with financial intermediaries to facilitate industrial participation in commodity markets.
- Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders regarding Euronext commodity market specifics, including technical onboarding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :
- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in capital markets, commodity trading, or the grains industry.
- Proven sales and client acquisition skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and hedging mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
