About the role
We're looking for a sharp and curious Sales Development Representative who's not just into chasing leads but into understanding buyer journeys, testing new acquisition channels, and helping build the outbound engine of tomorrow - someone who is hands-on and driven to test, iterate, and scale what works. You'll work closely with the co-founders and marketing team to identify and qualify opportunities, enrich prospects, and design multichannel outreach strategies. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional sales and step into modern growth hacking tactics.
Location : Hybrid (France-based)
Type : Full-time
Level : Junior+ (1-3 years of experience or strong motivation to learn fast)
Offices : The company is based in Paris, but the whole Tech team is working remotely.
Your mission :
- Prospect smartly : identify and research ICPs + Personas using tools like Cognism or LinkedIn Sales Nav
- Qualify leads : run discovery calls and nurture relationships to turn curiosity into the pipeline for sales
- Orchestrate outreach : help design, test and iterate LinkedIn/email/call sequences (HubSpot)
- Contribute to growth ops : work on A/B tested messages, improve workflows, analyse campaign data
- Collaborate with marketing : give feedback on messaging and support content adaptation
- Stay hands-on : you'll BE part of a team that learns fast, experiments constantly, and ships often
Tools & Stack : HubSpot, Lemlist, Webflow, Google Sheets, Make, Semrush (tbc), GA4, Canva, Looker Studio, Notion, ChatGPT

Le profil recherché
You're the right candidate if you have :
- A first experience in SDR, sales or growth (junior role welcome)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong curiosity for B2B sales, prospecting, and marketing automation
- Comfortable with CRM, outbound tactics, and modern sales stack
- Great communication skills, high level of confidence on the phone, structured thinking, and a testing mindset
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (IT industry)
