We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Team Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will BE responsible for managing the supply chain team, participating in supplier selection, coordinating orders, and continuously improving operations. This position is essential to ensure that our supply chain operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Main Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies for the team
Manage the team : set priorities, implement development plans, and manage workload
Contribute to supplier selection in accordance with supply chain requirements
Contribute to the supplier performance improvement plan
Monitor performance within the scope through KPIs and define and deploy the continuous improvement roadmap according to Alstom Performance System (APSYS) standards
Ensure data integrity for effective MRP
Coordinate order placement and ensure delivery compliance to secure parts availability for our customers

Skills and Abilities :

Fluent in French and English with an international mindset
Expertise in supply chain and knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP
Ability to work in a team and empower members
Empowerment : create an environment conducive to individual initiative
Operational efficiency : identify critical tasks and necessary resources
Approach discussions and negotiations to achieve win-win results
Ability to communicate at different levels
Risk management : provide early warnings to ensure corrective measures
Communicate transparently : deliver clear messages

Required Qualifications :

Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Significant experience in a similar position
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
