Our connected smart fridges offer employees fresh, seasonal meals every day - without on-site staff. We're already the market leader in France, expanding in the UK, and working with nearly 1,000 corporate clients.

- Front-end : React, Next.js, React Native (Expo), TypeScript
- Back-end : Python 3.11, Django 5.2, PostgreSQL 15.6
- IoT : Docker (Balena), RabbitMQ, AWS IoT
- Tooling : GitHub, Codecov, Datadog (Logs & APM)
- Methodology : Shape Up (6-week cycles + 2-week cooldown)

Your mission
You'll lead the Features Team, which owns all user-facing apps : web, mobile, fridge UI, and point-of-sale tools.
As Lead Developer, you'll drive the delivery of new features, coach the team, and ensure smooth operation across platforms.
Key projects in the pipeline :
- Roll out a customer loyalty program
- Improve offline fridge functionality to prevent service disruption
- Redesign our admin interface for better UX & brand consistency
- Support our next-gen smart fridges (RFID accuracy, reliability)

Your responsibilities
- Write, review, and ship clean, testable code
- Monitor and improve performance across the stack (APIs, data pipelines, etc.)
- Align the team around architecture and implementation choices
- Collaborate with Data to ensure valuable and actionable data
- Manage 3 team members (devs + apprentice)
- Lead continuous improvement - technically and organizationally

Who you are
- Engineering background with 5+ years in software development
- Comfortable across both frontend and backend stacks
- Proficient in multiple programming languages
- Focused on clean, maintainable, well-documented code
- Strong sense of ownership from ideation to production
- Collaborative mindset and great communication skills
- You're remote-ready and comfortable working asynchronously
