Your role : Reporting to the General Manager, as the Community Manager, you will BE responsible for building, managing, and engaging our online community across all social platforms, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, loyalty, and audience growth.
What You'll Do :
Community Engagement & Growth :
- Animate and moderate Smarworkout's social media communities (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) through France, Germany and the UK - Grow our follower base through organic and paid strategies - Interact daily with our audience, answering questions and stimulating conversations - Create and deploy community challenges, polls, and live sessions - Identify and engage with relevant micro and macro influencers
Content Creation & Coordination :
- Build efficient e-commerce ads creatives (photo/video) using Canva and Capcut
Marketing Project Manager :
- Support in organizing advertising shoots (commercials, customer testimonials, location scouting, etc.)- Shoot behind-the-scenes content- Coordinate TikTok Lives- Contributing to the rollout of digital activations in France and internationally.
Monitoring & Reporting :
- Monitor community feedback and flag key insights to the team - Analyze social media performance : engagement rate, follower growth, reach, content effectiveness - Track competitor and trend activity to feed into content strategy - Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements
Influencer & Brand Advocacy :
- Identify and manage collaborations with relevant influencers and brand advocates - Build and maintain strong relationships with community ambassadors - Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns
Who You Are :
- You have a first experience in a similar community or social media role - You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken) - You are creative, organized, and highly responsive, with a passion for storytelling - You are familiar with tools such as Canva & Capcut - You have an eye for visual aesthetics and understand what engages on each platform - You're proactive, solution-oriented, and know how to foster authentic digital relationships - Interest in or knowledge of the sports sector is a strong plusEqual opportunity employer
