Human by nature.We are recruiting an intern for one year at our site in Avignon.
- Lead Planning projects to improve the processes and the service provided to customers. Those can BE related to inventory management, production planning strategies, customer service, distribution flows or any other related topics that would require continuous improvement.
- Perform operational planning activities to understand the planning activities and complexity and contribute to the objectives of the team.
- Develop understanding of technological, food safety and dietary requirements around produced items and production sites, such as allocation matrix, Halal, Kosher.
- Build constructive and effective relationship with key stakeholders and teams such as Naturals sites, Network Supply Planning, Customer Care, Production, Scheduling, Raw Material planning, Logistics, Quality, Transport, and GBS.
- Follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines and best-practice on relevant areas including Safety; address and implement where missing

Technical skills :
- Knowledge in planning (demand, supply, or production)
- Problem-Solving Skills. Shows agility and flexibility when solving complex problems.
- Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools.
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Working knowledge of BI, BO, MS Office, Google
- Ability to achieve results through formal and informal channels
- Language Skills : English

Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent
